ALFA organized its first team building at Club Med Cherating, a resort set amidst the seaside jungle. With many activities that is available in the resort, following with days filled by a facilitated team building session, it was the ideal place and time for the growing team to not only have fun, but to also create stronger bonds with each other.
The objective of the team building was of course to know a little bit more about each employee and how the bond in these activities could turn into healthy cohesive working relationships and improve on efficiency and performance of workgroups with the sole motive of achieving the organization’s vision.
ALFA aims to form a solid team and create the right mix of people with different skill sets hence, going on this trip was essential for the growth of the organization and team.
